Question categories:  Push to Talk

Will the Caller be navigated away from a web page they are viewing when I push them a page using Push to Talk?

Answer by:  eStara Technical Support

No, the user will not be navigated away. A new browser window will open on their desktop when the first page is pushed to them, so as not to disrupt their previous or current web activity. Subsequent pages pushed will continue to refresh in the single new browser window, and the caller can use their browser’s back button to review multiple pages that have been pushed. When finished viewing the pages that have been pushed, the caller can simply close that browser window and return to their previous activity.
