No,
your call center will not be able to tell this information. The
call will go through to the Call Center Agent as a normal phone
call, and will simply answer the phone to talk to the caller. However,
your company may choose to route Push to Talk calls in a specialized
manner through your own internal phone system, or assign a designated
phone number for Push to Talk web calls. In this case, Call Center
Agents can identify that a call is coming in from the web.
