is an ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers)
Accredited Domain Name Registrar. Therefore, we comply with the current
ICANN policies for the domain name registrations. Accordingly, Names4Ever.Com
will maintain records (Domain Name Contacts) of the contact information
for each Domain Name Registrant. All Domain Name Contacts are to
be disclosed to third parties through publicly accessible domain
registration database (Whois Database). After the Domain Name Registration
Agreement, Names4Ever.Com will collect and disclose the following
mandatory information:
- The Domain Name.
- The Registrant’s
Name and Postal Address
- The Name, Postal Address,
E-Mail Address, Phone Number and Fax Number (if available) of the
Technical and Administrative Contact.
- The Internet Protocol
Numbers and the corresponding Host Names of the primary and secondary
name servers of the Registrant’s domain name.
- The Creation and the
current Expiration Date of the Domain Name Registration.
Names4Ever.Com
will also disclose this information in bulk form to third parties
who agree not to use it to:
- Allow, enable or otherwise
support the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising
or solicitations via telephone, facsimile, or e-mail (spam).
- Enable high volume, automated,
electronic processes that apply to our systems to register domain
names
