Intellectual
Property Law is most likely to apply in regards to the content that
you post on your web site. You are not allowed to use another person's
Intellectual Property without permission. This applies to software,
music, movies, photography, art, copyrighted text, trademarks, etc.
You may be liable even if the content is not marked as trademarked
or copyrighted.
Respect privacy. Disclosing other people's secrets may not be legal
especially if you have signed a non-disclosure agreement or other documents
and contracts with privacy clauses. The same rule applies to photography
of people without their consent and to objects without their owner’s
consent.
This
is our opinion, but keep in mind we are not lawyers and this opinion
cannot be substituted for qualified legal help.
