On
Aplus.Net’s UNIX-based shared hosting plans (i.e. Personal Unix,
Business Class Unix, Pro, and eCommerce Unix), you should upload all of your website content
to your domain’s /html/ directory. Primary domains are
parked in the /html/ directory. Secondary domains and subdomains
are parked in directories with the same name as the domain/subdomain
in the web space root. Make sure you upload your files for these
domains/subdomains into the html/ directory found inside the
domain’s directory, i.e. /secondarydomain.com/html/
or /subdomain/html/. You will not be able to view files that
have been uploaded to another location (like /home/secondarydomain.com/).
With
Aplus.Net’s Windows-based shared hosting plans (i.e.
Personal Windows, Business Class Windows, Pro Windows, and eCommerce Windows), you should upload all of your
website content to your domain’s WWWROOT/ directory.
