when using the webmail client I was disconnected and had to log in again. i lost my email. why was i disconnected?

For security reasons there is inactivity timeout set in the webmail client. This means that your session will expire after certain amount of time. We have set the session timeout to 30 minutes. If you think that it will take more than 30 minutes to compose your email you can use some text editor (Notepad, WordPad, vi etc.) to write your email and then just copy/paste it into your webmail client.
