What value should I specify in the mandatory value field associated with every question in the online survey builder?

• Question:This is the actual question you would like to post in the survey.
• Answer type: You will have your choice of the following:
• Text Area: This will provide a large, multiple-line text box where users can type an answer to the question
• Text Field: This provides the user a smaller single-line text box to type a short answer.
• Check Box: Provides a check box which a user can click if the answer applies. (e.g. Please check here if you use Netscape)
• Select List (Single or Multiple answers): This will display a drop down box where users can choose from a list (or multiple lists) of pre-defined answers. Answers can be defined by typing answer text in “Possible answer” field and clicking the “Add item” button to add it to the box below. If you would like to delete a possible answer later, you may click the answer from the box and click the “delete” button.
• Radio Button: Works similar to the Select List option, except multiple choices are displayed with a radio button next to each where the user may select one.
