Web-a-File client software available at http://web-a-file.com
contains the following components:

Web-a-File
This
document describes the interface of the Web-a-File Settings component
as well as the required and optional features:
- Web-a-File
server name – should be www.web-a-file.com.
- Port
– should be 8443.
- User
name – type here ap. followed by your main
FTP username associated with your hosting plan. For example,
if your main FTP username is john, then your
Web-a-File username will be ap.john.
- Password
– type here your main FTP password associated
with your hosting plan.
- Transfer
filter settings – activate this filter, if you want to
include/exclude certain file types from being backed up.
- Compression
filter settings – activate this filter, if you want to
include/exclude certain types of archive files from being compressed
during the backup process.
- Launch
Web-a-file Backup Agent on startup – activate this option, if
you want to start the Web-a-file Backup Agent any
time the operating system will be loaded. With this setting, the Web-a-file
Backup Agent is active and can follow the scheduled tasks.
- New
account – click on this button, if you want to sign up for a
new Web-a-File account.
- Save
– click Save when you are done.
