Question categories:  Domain Registration

What security steps does Aplus.NET take to prevent domain stealing by fake email requests?

Aplus.net takes the security of hosted domain names of its customers very seriously. For all correspondence with Names4ever, authentication is requested prior to applying any changes to a customer’s account.
Either through phone or email requests, a customer needs to supply verifying personal information such as domain password, contact email or phone number, or the last 4 digits of the credit card held on file, before any domain changes are processed.

If you need to make any changes to your account, please or call us at 1-877-APLUS-NET (877-275-8763) or 1-858-410-6929
