What is the FTP address for my Miva files?

Here are the FTP locations of your Miva directories:

I. eCommerce Unix plans opened before December 7^th, 2005 using MIVA 4:

• ftp://yourdomain.com/

The MIVA files are separated in two directories located in your home directory. The first one, mivadata, holds the database with all the configurations you did to your store. The second one, html/Merchant2, contains all the scripts of the Miva Merchant software.

II. eCommerce Unix plans opened after December 7^th, 2005 using MIVA 5:

• ftp://yourdomain.com/

The MIVA files are separated in two directories located in your home directory. The first one, mivadata, holds the database with all the configurations you did to your store. The second one, html/mm5, contains all the scripts of the Miva Merchant software.

Note: Please replace yourdomain.com with your actual registered and hosted domain name.

III. eCommerce Windows plans:

• ftp://mivasecure.abac.com

You will have to login using your main FTP username and password. The MIVA files are separated in two directories. The first one, MivaData, holds the database with all the configurations you did to your store. The second one, MivaScript, contains all the scripts of the Miva Merchant software.
