iCRM
Pro is based on the latest Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) software product from the Sugar Open Source community.
Sugar Open Source is a product of SugarCRM Inc., a premier
provider of CRM systems. Now, Aplus.Net offers this valuable
service to its customers. Below you will find a short description
of iCRM Pro's main features. More detailed information is available
at the official web site of SugarCRM.
CRM
applications, in general, are used to efficiently organize and maintain
information which is crucial to many aspects of your business. This
includes user’s account management, assigning tasks to different
users and sending automatic email notifications, creating contacts,
tracking activity history (meetings, calls, emails, and tasks), working
with a visual calendar with an option for multiple user accounts,
etc.
Apart
from the CRM attributes, iCRM Pro provides also a sophisticated business
management system: summary view of upcoming appointments, top opportunities,
open cases, assigned bugs. Furthermore, a sale pipeline table and
graphical dashboard for representing lead sources and outcomes are
available. A case management system allows users to follow customer
problems and resolutions linking each case to all of its related
information. There is also an RSS module available, allowing customers
to receive their favorite news feeds.
One
of the greatest assets of iCRM Pro is its flexibility for user customization.
You can add, modify, or remove interface fields, layout, and tabs
through a simple point-and-click administration tool. Modifying drop-down
lists is also on hand.
The
user interface of iCRM Pro is divided into twelve main sections called “Modules”. iCRM
Pro has great possibilities for customization which allow you to
add, edit, or remove modules. Thus, you can significantly change
its look-and-feel. The program has an emphasis on group collaboration
- it could be used by multiple users simplifying coordination within
your company. All modules are equipped with a search engine for easy
location of the required entry.
iCRM
Pro Modules:
- Home – Contains
a general overview of upcoming
Appointments, top Opportunities, open Cases, Leads, open Tasks,
assigned Bugs, sales pipeline graph, and monthly calendar.
- My Portal – It
contains a series of shortcuts which can link to any external website. You can also add links to applications such as your favorite
forums or your web-based email.
- Calendar – View
scheduled activities (by day, week, month or year), such as meetings,
tasks, and calls. You can also share
the Calendar with any of your existing iCRM Pro users.
- Activities – You
can use this tool to manage the myriad of calls, meetings, emails,
notes, and tasks that you need to track.
- Contacts – You
can use this tool to maintain a database of important contacts. Contacts are the people with whom your organization does
business. You can also import contacts in bulk from existing database
file.
- Accounts – You
can use this tool to maintain a database of important business
contacts (Company Profiles).
- Leads – You can
use this tool to manage and track your business leads (The people
or companies with whom you might do business in the future). Not
to be confused with a contact or account, leads can often contain
incomplete or inaccurate. Leads can be automatically entered into the system from
your web site, or you can do that manually.
- Opportunities – Track the process of selling a good or service to a potential
customer. Once a selling process has commenced with a lead, a lead
should be converted into a contact and possibly also an account.
- Cases – Cases
are the handoff between the sales department and the customer
support department. Cases help customer support representatives
manage support problems or inquiries to completion by tracking
information for each case such as its status and priority
- Bug Tracker – The Bug Tracker module helps customer support representatives
manage software-related support problems or inquiries to completion.
- RSS – You can manage
RDF Site Summary feeds which provide news and other web content
that is syndicated by external web sites. iCRM Pro
has a list of available RSS feeds, and you can easily add more.
- Dashboard – There
are four charts available in this module.
- Pipeline by Sales stage – horizontal
bar chart where each bar shows the value of potential sales at
each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Opportunities by Lead
Source by Outcome – horizontal bar chart showing total
opportunities for each lead.
- Pipeline by Month by
Outcome – stacked bar chart where each bar shows the total
sales pipeline for each month.
- All Opportunities by
Lead Source – pie chart visualization of the proportion
of total sales opportunities for each lead source.
