What does the flashing Rate It box mean at the top of each question and what does the scale represent?

The flashing button “rate it” means that you can rate the article it is attached to. The scale from 0% to 100% represents the level of satisfaction. It describes how well the document answers your question. You should rate the document with a higher rank if the level of satisfaction is higher, and vice versa. Here are some guidelines:

-          100% - Completely satisfied with the answer. It allows you to complete the task or gain the knowledge you are after.

-          75% - Mostly satisfied. The document helps you significantly to accomplish your goal.

-          50% - Somewhat satisfied. The document helps to accomplish your goal, but it is not enough and requires additional research and help.

-          25% - Not satisfied. The document contributes very little to the research you are performing and requires searching for help elsewhere.

-         0% - Completely dissatisfied. The document has nothing to do with the question. The document is poorly written and the content is unclear.
