Aplus.Net shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with Aplus.Net services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, down time, loss of privacy, damages to third party even if Aplus.Net has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Aplus.Net will not censor any content on the INTERNET. It will be the CLIENT's responsibility for the usage of his account and any consequences of this usage.

2. Indemnification.

The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aplus.Net and its shareholders, directors and employees from any and all claims resulting from the use of the service by subscriber.

3. Acceptable use policy.

3.1. It is strictly prohibited to use web-a-photo services for

-        pornographic pictures of all kind and sort

-        child abuse pictures

-        pictures promoting terrorism, hate, racism

-        obscene and disgusting pictures

-        copyrighted pictures and materials without the permission of the owner

-        any pictures without the permission of the owner

-        any activity prohibited by the United States Federal, State laws.

3.2. Unsolicited e-mail is prohibited.

Aplus.Net reserves the right to enforce the above policies at its sole discretion. Violator’s account(s) will be suspended without any compensation.

4. Refusal of Service.

Aplus.Net reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at its sole discretion.

5. Money Back Guarantee

Aplus.Net is pleased to offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of your account activation should we fail to provide satisfactory service. Our guarantee does not apply to accounts which violate our acceptable use policies listed above.
