Question categories:  Web-a-File

What are the requirements to work with Web-a-File?

Answer by: Frédérique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

The main requirements to use Web-a-File on the Web are an Internet connection and a Web-a-File account. This will allow you to access your files, regardless of the platform. However, the Web-a-File client software is an executable file that has been designed to work directly with Windows Explorer, therefore can only be used with Windows operating systems. Macintosh users can use Web-a-File on the Web, but not the Web-a-File client software.
