ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS

There are three main structural elements within a webpage: Header, body, and footer. Within the three structural elements, you can deploy a number of additional design elements.

Some of these elements may include: lists, indices, tables or charts, images and callouts (small text "sidebar" that calls a reader's attention to a particular section or feature). You can also make use of various formatting features such as: background and foreground colors, tiles, bullets, bars, and other graphic elements to help organize your web pages.

In organizing your page content, you will find tables to be a helpful component. You can use tables to contain text, images, lists and more. Tables are a clean and common way to organize content and allow for spatial structure in your webpage design.
