web-a-tune for tivo – user guide

*What is TiVo®:

TiVo® is a consumer video device which allows users to capture television programming to internal disk storage. You can record your favorite shows and TV programs with a Digital Video Recorder, which is similar to the VCR, but actually records on a hard drive. With TiVo® you can make your own recording schedules and filters. The TiVo® service also allows you to control live TV programs. This means you can pause, rewind, replay or watch TV in slow motions. Unlike tape-based recorders, a program that is still being recorded can be viewed from the beginning. A prospective TiVo® user needs a Digital Video Recorder and a TiVo® Service Subscription.

*What is Web-a-File:

Web-a-File online storage is ideal for presenting, storing, and sharing information distributed via the Internet. You can use the Web-a-File services from as many computers as you wish. The only conditions are an Internet connection and a web browser. Your files are protected by SSL encryption while you upload them and are placed in a secure, safe environment on the Web-a-File server. You can review the available free and paid Web-a-File accounts by clicking here.
