Question categories:  Do It Yourself

Visitors to my site are receiving a message that states they do not have permission to the view this folder. What's wrong?

This often occurs when there is no index.html or (index.htm) in the directory being approached. You must include an INDEX.HTML file in each directory of your site, to display the rest of your HTML and content. Without it, it will produce this error.
