Here’s
how:
- Start by opening your
web page in FrontPage.
- Type the text that you
would like displayed on your page, which users will click on to
access your linked document (example: Click here for this week’s
schedule)
- Select the text you just
wrote, right-click and select Hyperlink from the popup menu.
An Insert Hyperlink window will open.
- In the address field,
type the URL of the file that you are linking to.
- Next, click the Target
Frame button.
- In the Target Frame window,
select New Window from the list displayed, and then click
OK.
- You have now successfully
created a link to your file, which will open in a new browser window!
