Question categories:  Shared Hosting

The amount of web space provided on my plan is different than what is posted on your website. Why?

Answer by: Kristen Jourdonais, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support

If the amount of space on your current hosting plan was not upgraded with our plan improvements of November 2005, please email with your registration number and current web space limit. When we receive this information, we can upgrade your account space limitations so that our new plan standards reflect on your existing account.
