Usually,
Aplus.Net sends a notification emails about possible suspensions for
excessive resource usage (Bandwidth, CPU, MySQL queries). Our standard
policy is to accommodate your service for one week after the
notification to allow enough time to upgrade your plan or decrease your
resource usage.
A
shared hosting account may be suspended without prior notice. This can
occur when over use of the server’s resources is so extreme
as to result in severe negative impact to the server’s
performance, thus impacting other users on the server, or causing the
server to go down entirely. Please send an email to
including your registration number and customer password, inquiring as
to the exact reason for the suspension. A Customer Support
Representative will respond and state the exact reason for the
suspension.

Upgrading your plan:
If
your situation requires that you maintain the higher resource
utilization levels that resulted in the suspension, we recommend that
you upgrade your shared hosting plan to a dedicated server. We would
like to invite you to review the current plans we offer, and have you
choose an appropriate dedicated server plan for your site. You can view
our current plans online at http://servers.aplus.net.

II.
Removing the threat to the shared hosting server:
Please
send an email to
including your Registration Number and the Answer to your Challenge
Question. State your awareness of the problem, and your willingness to
remove the threat to the server by decreasing your resource usage once
your account is reactivated. Our administrators will review your
request for reactivation and will approve it if possible.
Technical
