My e-mail forwarder does not work, why is that?

Answer by: Frederique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

E-mail Forwarders automatically transfer e-mail messages from one designated address to any other existing e-mail box. For example, you could use an E-mail Forwarder to ensure that messages sent to would be automatically delivered to .

However, it is important to note that an e-mail forwarder will not work if you attempt to forward e-mails to an address which also forwards e-mails to another destination. In that case, you need to change the destination e-mail address in the e-mail forwarder to the final destination e-mail address.
