Move Files

Here’s how to move files using the Web-a-File website:

  1. Before you move any files, you need to select them by checking the box to the left of the file name.
  2. Click the Move Files link.
  3. A structure of your directories will appear. Choose the destination folder for your selected file(s).
  4. Click on the Move Files button to move the files. If you choose the same directory as your original files, the word Copy will automatically be added before the filename to avoid the existence of two files with the same name in a directory.
  5. If you choose not to move your files, click Cancel.
