You
can have an E-mail Forwarder deliver messages to a
number of recipients (the limitation is a list of recipients no longer
than 255 characters). To do this, you will need to add each recipient's
e-mail address into the Forward-To: field separated
by a comma.
Here’s
how to do this:
Existing E-mail Forwarder:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Web Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
the Emails link from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select Email Forwarders and click on Manage
Email Forwarders.
- Click
on the name of the forwarder that you’d like to manage.
- Next,
select the Manage Account icon.
- You’re
now ready to add new addresses to the Forward-To:
field. Add your new addresses to the field, making sure that each
address is separated from the next by a comma.
- Click
Modify to submit your changes.
New E-mail Forwarder:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Web Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
the Emails link from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select Email Forwarders and click on Create
Email Forwarder.
- Enter
the forwarder’s e-mail address into the email
Address text field.
- In
the Forward-To field, enter the addresses that
you’d like to receive the forwarded emails from this
forwarder, making sure each new address is separated from the previous
one by a comma.
- Click
Continue to set-up the e-mail forwarder.
Click Cancel to escape.
