I used the recipient line in the form mail example and i got one test email to go through to my email account but it's not working any more. What is the problem

If you are installing the form mail page by using the Aplus.Net Control Panel, try uninstalling and reinstalling the form mail again with the same parameters. To do this:

  1. Go to the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net and log in with your registration number and customer password.
  2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
  4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
  5. Click on the Design tab.
  6. Click on the Form Mail icon.
  7. Click Uninstall.
  8. Fill in the From Mail parameters again, and click Install

If you are manually entering form mail instructions into an HTML form, try sending more than the required form information to the script. If you are only sending the form “recipient,” try also sending “subject” and the “email” field. (In the event of a bounce-back, this will give you more information if you give the form another email address you can check.)
