Thank
you for choosing Aplus.Net’s Dedicated Server services.
This
document explains the process of having your new dedicated server up
and running. ORDER
APPROVAL AND PAYMENT: For
your own security, we require that each dedicated server order is
approved by our Billing Department.
Once
you sign up for a dedicated server plan, you should expect a phone call
by our Billing Representatives in order to verify the order. For
Dedicated Server order approvals, you can call 1-858-410-6958.
All
dedicated server orders require that you sign the CCA (Credit
Card Authorization form) and the TOS (Terms of
Service form). Important:
If your server’s billing cycle is 1 month, the CCA and TOS
forms are not required in the verification process.
You
will receive the CCA and TOS forms via email or you can login to the
Aplus.Net Control Panel at https://cp.aplus.net
to print out the forms. Please complete the CCA and TOS forms, sign
them, and fax the forms back to 1-913-890-7705.
A Billing Representative will then apply the initial payment required
for your dedicated server. Note:
You will have to complete and fax a CCA form, only if you have chosen
to pay by Credit Card. This form is not required for Check Payments (We
accept checks written on US Banks only) or Wire Transfers. Please make
sure to include your Registration Number on the form to avoid any delay
on the setup of your server. SERVER
SETUP: As
soon as the above mentioned forms are received and the server is paid
for, the billing department will send a written request to
Aplus.Net’s DataCenter engineers to setup your new server.
Your server will be setup with the selected Operating System and the
selected Control Panel option. You will receive an email confirmation
once your server is ready. The confirmation message will contain all
your login information: - Dedicated
Server IP address.
- Root/Administrator
password.
- Control
Panel login information.
CUSTOM
INSTALLATIONS: You
can request a custom software installation on your server with the
initial server setup performed by our engineers. There is an additional
fee for all custom software installations. Please contact our Dedicated
Server Customer Care to receive exact quote on the custom installation

international callers). SMART
RESTORE: Once
the initial installation of your dedicated server is ready, Aplus.Net
will create a backup image. You can restore your initial installation
settings at any time by signing up for a Smart Restore service. Please
contact our Customer Care Representatives by phone at 1-888-301-2516
(toll free), at 1-858-410-6900 (for international callers) or by email
at dedicatedsupport@aplus.net.
Please include your Registration Number and Dedicated Server IP Address.
Important:
With this service, you will have your server restored at its initial
state and you will lose any data that you might have uploaded to the
server after the initial setup.
