What is the purpose of the Challenge Question and Answer: The
Challenge Question and Answer are used for account ownership validation
when contacting Aplus.Net Sales or Customer Care departments by phone
or chat. Such validation will be required at
anytime and by any employee asked to provide service to an account,
make any account changes, or release information regarding the account
such as billing or contact information. You
will be prompted to submit your Account Challenge Question and
Answer when
you first login to the
Aplus.Net Control Panel at https://cp.aplus.net.

I have forgotten my Challenge Answer.
How can I change my Challenge Question and Answer:
There are
two options for updating your Challenge Question/Answer pair: - You
can contact Customer Care to request a validation callback at one of
the contact phone numbers listed in your account details on
file. You
will be able to supply the new Challenge Question and Answer once you
receive the incoming call from Aplus.Net's Representative. You will
have to provide one of the following:
- The last 4
digits of the credit card you utilized for the last payment on your
account.
- The first
or last four characters of account password.
