Question categories:  Domain Registration

I have a domain and recently I subscribed for a hosting plan with Aplus.NET. I added the domain to my plan but it still doesn't resolve. How can I fix this?

Answer by:  George Kaloyanov, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support

When you add a Domain Name to an Aplus.Net Hosting Plan the required DNS records (A and MX records) are created automatically in our Name Servers.

Now you have to point this Domain Name to these servers so it can start resolving properly. Our Name Servers are primary: ns1.abac.com and secondary: ns2.abac.com. Please contact the Registrar for your domain name to have this Name Servers pointed to ours.

If the registrar for your domain name is Names4ever.com / Aplus.Net please follow the instructions in the following Knowledge Base Document to change your Name Servers: How do I change my Name Servers?

Note: Please keep in mind that all Name Server changes take between 48-72 hours to propagate over the worldwide network of Name Servers.
