All Names4ever.Com
domain partners can use the Web Control Panel to generate a report
that contains information of all their registered domain names. The
report will contain the domain name, the active name servers, the
contact handles, the creation date, the expiration date, and the
domain options like the Auto Renew status. Once generated, the report
has to be loaded in MS Excel.
Here’s how
to generate the report and load it in your MS Excel:
- Start by logging into the Names4Ever.com Control Panel at http://cp.names4ever.com.
Use your Names4Ever.com Registration Number and Customer
Password.
- Select the resellers tab from the top navigation bar.
- Select the Reports icon.
- Choose Registrations from the Domain Status drop
down menu.
- Choose the period that you are interested in. Example: If
you are interested in the period starting on January 08, 2002 until
February 21, 2004, please type 01/08/2002 as a Beginning date and
02/21/2004 as an Ending date.
- Click the Download button to generate the report in
.CSV format.
- When prompted, please save the report.csv file to a folder
located on your local computer.
- Open your MS Excel, then open blank workbook.
- Choose Data form the top navigation bar.
- Select Import External Data, then Import Data…
- Select the report.csv file, and then click Open.
- Choose Delimited as data file type and click Finish.
- Choose Existing Worksheet and click ok.
- The data should now be loaded in your MS Excel.
Report Sections:
- Domain Name – this column contains the actual registered
domain names.
- Name Servers – this column contains the active name
servers for the domain.
- Contacts – this column shows the Registrant, Administrative,
Billing, and Technical contact handles on the domain.
- Created Date – shows the date on which the domain name
was originally registered.
- Expiration Date – shows the expiration date with Names4ever.Com.
- Options AR – stands for Auto Renew. If the Auto Renew
option is enabled, the domain will be automatically renewed on
the day of expiration if payment is received (“1” means “enabled” and “0” means “disabled”).
- Options AD – This option is not affecting the registration
plan for your registered domain name at all. It is an old one that
is no longer available.
- Options HC – stands for Hide Contacts. It means that
the registration plan for that particular domain is private if
the HC option is enabled. The actual owner information won’t
be listed in the global whois database.
