There
is a bug in the current (02/25/2003) version of the SiteBuilder
tool which makes it impossible to run when you are running some kind
of firewall or other network filtering software. Norton Personal
Firewall is one (but not the only) application that interfere
with the SiteBuilder tool.
If you have such software installed
on your computer, you have to make sure it is not running when you
try to launch the SiteBuilder.
If you don't have such software installed
on your computer and still get the blank window, please send an email

sure your registration number is in the body or subject line.
