Customers
are notified automatically by e-mail (sent to the primary contact
listed on the account) when their accounts have been closed.
- If you filled out Aplus.Net’s
on-line Cancellation Form at http://design.aplus.net/cancel.html,
you should allow 10-14 days for your request to be processed. Any invoices received during this time should be disregarded – they
will be removed from your statement as soon as the cancellation
is complete.
- If you sent an e-mail
to
to
close your account, you should also allow 7-10 days for the request
to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail (sent to the sending
address of the request) letting you know that your account has
been closed.
