I am behind a firewall and unable to upload files to my site via FTP. What's the problem?

Aplus.Net does not support firewalls or routers. Try removing all interfering devices such as routers, and try uploading again. Make sure to ask your system administrator to adjust the firewall rules, thus making it possible for you to FTP to servers that are not on your network.
