Using Web-a-photo without Card Reader

People who own a media card reader will be able to automatically post their new photos to their Web-a-Photo accounts. However, if you do not own a reader, you can still use Web-a-Photo. If you already have photos stored on your computer, or if you just use your digital camera or scanner to download photos to your computer, you can follow the steps below to post new photos to your Web-a-Photo account:

To import a photo:

1.      Go to the File Menu in the Web-a-Photo Client Software.

2.      Select Import, and click "Import file". An Import Files box will appear that allows you to import files from your computer. Search for the photo you want to include in your Web-a-Photo account. Once you have located the photo, click Open.

3.      If you are already within an album, the photo will be imported to your current album. Otherwise, the Web-a-Photo program will ask you where to import the photo. Select an album and click OK.

To import a folder of photos:

1.       Go to the File menu, select Import and click Import directory.

2.       The Browse for folder dialog box will appear where you should select the folder you want to import into your Web-a-Photo account and then click OK.

3.       The Web-a-Photo program will import the folder and all recognized files into your account
