FTP, chroot-ed user directories, etc.
You can download the latest ProFTPD package
from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/All, install
it ('pkg_addproftpd-x.y.z.tgz')
and configure by yourself. It's supported by Webmin too.
