Broken pictures in web-a-photo

It is normal for you to see broken pictures (X) in the first 5 - 10 minutes after a new account setup. This should not happen after that. If the problem persists, please notify our Web-a-Photo Support representatives immediately at support@web-a-photo.com .

Occasionally you may see a single slide / thumbnail picture broken among many other good ones. In this case, refreshing your browser will typically take care of the problem. If it does not, you should try selecting the broken picture and rotating it +90° and then back -90°. This should fix the problem.

Here’s how to rotate your pictures:

  1. Start by logging into your Web-a-Photo account at www.web-a-photo.com.
  2. Click the “Go to your albums” link.
  3. Next, click on the Photo Album itself.
  4. Select the broken picture, and then click Rotate Photo + 90°, then click Rotate Photo – 90°.
  5. Don’t forget to logout when you are done.

Note: this only applies to single broken pictures, not all of them. If all pictures are broken, you need to contact our Web-a-Photo Support representatives immediately at support@web-a-photo.com.
