need to make sure you ask your private question in 160 characters or
less (anything over should be sent to
). Your question,
if approved by Aplus.Net, will be seen by many others. Therefore
it should be short, sharp and straight to the point.
The Aplus.Net Knowledge Base is not
the right place for your question if:
- You have a long question
to ask with a lot of details and circumstances.
- You want to post a complaint or appreciation of
our services.
- You want to make a proposal
for service improvement.
Remember

The site in question does not come up near the top of the list of hits
even if many of the words are included.

Example 3 (Two questions, need split):
I use Perl a lot in my website. Is
it possible for Aplus.net to install more modules so that I don't have
to write everything from scratch? Also there's stuff like png generation
which is currently not supported.
