The
Round Cube Webmail service is a browser-based multilingual email
client with a user-friendly interface.
It provides the full functionality of an email client,
including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation, message
searching and spell checking.
You
can login to the Round Cube Webmail at: http://mail.yourdomain.com/cube/.
Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual hosted domain name.
The trailing slash is required.
Some
of the product features include:
- Multilingual support: English, German, French,
Spanish, Portuguese
- Compose and forward messages with attachments
- Multiple sender identities
- Create or remove custom message folders
- Find-as-you-type address book integration
- Searching messages and contacts
- Spell checking
The
Round Cube Webmail has three main sections:
I.
E-Mail
Your Inbox folder is displayed once you login. Here you can check new
email and send messages.
- Single click on a message selects it so that you can
reply, forward, delete or print it.
- Double-click on a message to open it.
- Multiple messages can be selected by holding
down the Shift
key.
- To move one or more messages to another folder just
drag with the
mouse and drop it onto the desired folder.
- A message search box is available in the top-right
corner.

Address Book
Here you can manipulate your Address Book Contacts:
- Add new
- Delete
- Compose mail to
- Search
III.
Personal Settings
- Preferences - the available settings are:
- Language
- Time Zone
- Daylight Savings On/Off
- Rows of messages to be shown per page
- Prefer HTML - when checked, messages containing
HTML tags
will be fully displayed. Otherwise, they will be converted to Plain
Text
- Pretty Dates - when checked, the date of messages
received within the last week will be displayed 0with day and time
only, e.g. Wed, 16.45.
Otherwise, all dates will be displayed in full, e.g. 22.05.2007 16.45
- Automatically save draft - use the drop down menu
to select from the available options
- Folders - here you can add new folders to your email
account. Uncheck the Subscribed
box in order to remove a folder from the list of
folders at the Email screen.
- Identities - here you can edit, delete or add new
identities. Click on an existing identity to edit its properties, such
as Signature and Reply-to field.
