How can I access the Customer Feedback Dialog tool using the Aplus.Net Control Panel?

The Customer Feedback Dialog tool allows you to collect valuable information from your web visitors about your website, products or services. The tool provides a JavaScript code which displays a five scale rating table and a comment section. Please read below for information on how to install and use the Customer Feedback Dialog.

I. How to install the Customer Feedback Dialog tool:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
  4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
  5. Click on the Marketing tab.
  6. Click the Customer Feedback Dialog icon.
  7. Now, you have two options:
    1. You can place automatically the required JavaScript code. Click the Import Feedback Dialog button, select an existing HTML web page (please note that you are able to select multiple pages using the available check boxes), and click Done. The tool will be automatically place the dialog box at the bottom right corner of your web pages. Click the Save This File button to finish. By clicking the Discard This File button, you will skip over to the next file you have selected without saving the current one. The Close & Finish button will close the application without saving any changes.
    2. Or, click the Grab html code button to copy to clipboard the required code. You may use this code for of your all web pages you wish to have the Customer Feedback Dialog on.

NOTE: With this option, you will be able to manually import the HTML code, thus obtaining full control over the design of your web page.

II. How to check and export feedback statistics:

Please have in mind that you can check and export feedback statistics only once you have installed the Customer Feedback Dialog tool and have also received at least one rating or comment. Here is how:

  1. Click the Statistics button.
  2. Select the location of your feedback tool using the respective drop-down menus.
  3. Click the Export button to save an HTML or XML to your local computer. This file will contain the already generated ratings and comments.
  4. Click the View button to check your feedback statistics on the spot.
