Gallery2 is a web
based software product that lets you
manage your photos on your own website. It is an open
source project with the goal to develop and support leading photo
sharing web application solutions. The official Gallery2 website is http://www.gallery2.org/.
Here
is how to upload pictures to your Gallery2:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select
Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
- Next,
select Hosted Domains and click on Manage
Hosted Domains.
- Now,
select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
- Click
on the Design tab.
- Click
the Gallery2
icon.
- Select
the Config tab
and click the Add Items button.
You will be redirected to the Gallery2 Add Items page. You can see
below the six available methods for uploading pictures to Gallery2.
Each one is easy to use and thoroughly explained in the Gallery2
application. It is up to you to decide the most convenient way.
Note: By default, when you click the Add Items button
and begin the picture upload at that page, the pictures will be
uploaded to Gallery2 but not to a particular album. In order to upload
pictures to a selected album, please follow these steps:
- Click the Gallery
link in the top left corner of the page
(underlined with red above)
- Click on the thumbnail of the album you wish to
upload to
- Click on Add
