How do I upload mp3 files to my site so that people can choose to download and listen?

You can upload the mp3 files just as you upload the rest of your site. To have them listed on a webpage you should add a line like the following for each mp3 file in the html page you want them listed on.

<a href=”/music1.mp3”>Artist – Song</a>

Note, that you have to replace "music1.mp3" with the real name of your mp3 file and "Artist - Song" with the real artist and song name or some short description. We assume that you have uploaded the mp3 files in the "html" directory of your website. If you decide to upload the files in a subdirectory of the "html" directory the above line will change to:

<a href=”/subdir/music1.mp3”>Artist – Song</a>
 
You have to replace "subdir" with the real name of the subdirectory.
