how do I update my Shopping.com listing using the Shopping.com connector™ Module?

If you have saved any of your Miva products to be listed on Shopping.com, you will have to upload your list using the Shopping.com Connector™ module.

Important: If you do not have an Aplus.Net’s hosting plan and bought the Aplus.Net’s Shopping.Com Connector™ module from MivaCentral.Com, please login to your Miva administration pages with your current hosting provider and skip to Step 7.

Here’s how to update your Shopping.com listing:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
  4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
  5. Click on the Marketing tab.
  6. Finally, select the Shopping.com Connector™ from the body of the following page. You will be redirected to the Miva Administration pages.

Note: Make sure your Miva Administration is set to Advanced Administration Mode.

  1. Now, click on the arrow next to Stores located in the left panel of the Miva Administration screen.
  2. Next, click on the arrow next to the name of your Miva Merchant store to view the available options.
  3. Next, click on the Products option of your store to open your Miva Products List.
  4. Now, click the edit button, located at the row of one of the products that is already saved for upload to Shopping.com.
  5. Next, click on the Shopping.com link located in the Edit Product navigation bar. You should be redirected to the product information screen.
  6. Next, click the Upload All Saved Products button.
  7. You should receive a confirmation screen upon successful update submission.

Note: It takes up to 24 hours for the new information to be updated and listed on Shopping.com.

Note: These instructions assume you already have your Miva Store created, your Shopping.com merchant account registered, and your Shopping.com Connector™ module installed and configured.
