You can use the Aplus.Net Control Panel to submit
troubleshooting
tickets to our Customer Care Department. This is yet another way for
receiving technical support related to your Aplus.Net service
plans.
Here’s
how to use the Troubleshooting Ticket tool:
- Start
by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net
using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
- Select the My Account tab
from
the top navigation bar.
- Click
the Tickets icon.
- Next,
click on Create New
Ticket.
- Select
the Department to
forward your ticket to. You have the following options:
- Shared
Hosting Customer Care
- Domain
Name Registration
- Dedicated
Servers Customer Care
- Billing
Department
- Enter
a Subject for
your ticket.
- In
the example below Shared Hosting Customer Care is selected and
the
following General Information has to be filled in:
- Your
hosted Domain Name
- Your
main FTP username (the Choose
from options links will display available FTP usernames
and associated hosted domains)
- Your
Message
- Click the Submit
Ticket button. On the next page you will see a summary of
the ticket. You can use the Print
option or the Continue button to
get to the Tickets Management page.
- Click
on a Ticket ID for further management options. These include:
- Posting a reply
- Closing the ticket
