How do I setup my outgoing mail? I am using Jaguar 10.2.4 and I'm using my Mac e-mail client.

Here’s how to setup your outgoing mail:

  1. Start by opening Mail
  2. From the Mail menu, select Preferences.
  3. Click Accounts. Then select the account that you have created.
  4. Click the Account Options tab for the mail servers. Enter the correct outgoing mail server in the SMTP server field. You will need to use the SMTP server of your Internet Service Provider. If you ISP gave you an SMTP password, you will need to click the checkbox for the "Enable authentication when sending mail" option.
