How do I run servlets under ES2.0 or ES3.0?

JavaSoft's SJ/Jeeves distribution includes a server plug-in that allows an Enterprise server to run servlets. It also includes a file called README.netscape which incorporates step-by-step instruction on how to run a servlet under both ES2.0 and ES3.0.

Under ES3.5.x and above, servlet is a built-in plug-in. Netscape bundles servlet related classes into servlet3_5.zip file.
