how do I remove a product from my Shopping.com listing using the Shopping.com connector™ module?

You can use the Shopping.com Connector™ web interface to remove a specific product from your Shopping.com listing.

Important: If you do not have an Aplus.Net’s hosting plan and bought the Aplus.Net’s Shopping.Com Connector™ module from MivaCentral.Com, please login to your Miva administration pages with your current hosting provider and skip to Step 7.

Here’s how:

1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
5. Click on the Marketing tab.
6. Finally, select the Shopping.com Connector™ from the body of the following page. You will be redirected to the Miva Administration pages.

Note: Make sure your Miva Administration is set to Advanced Administration Mode.

7. Now, click on the arrow next to Stores located in the left panel of the Miva Administration screen.
8. Next, click on the arrow next to the name of your Miva Merchant store to view the available options.
9. Next, click on the Products option of your store to open your Miva Products List.
10. Now, click the edit button, located at the row of the product that you want to remove from Shopping.com.
11. Next, click on the Shopping.com link located in the Edit Product navigation bar. You should be redirected to the product information screen.
12. Finally, click the Remove from Shopping.com button.

Important: If you delete a product from your Miva Store Product list itself, it will be automatically deleted from Shopping.com only if the Auto-Update Shopping.com listings option is enabled.

Note: These instructions assume you already have your Miva Store created, your Shopping.com merchant account registered, and your Shopping.com Connector™ module installed and configured.
