How do I remove a hosted domain?

Domain hosting depends on the establishment of a relationship between a domain and a block of web space. When you choose to host a new domain on your hosting plan, the Control Panel updates the Aplus.Net name servers with the exact physical location of your web site. When you choose to remove a domain from your hosting plan, the name servers have to be instructed to remove the listing for your domain name from their registry.

Here is how you can request a hosted domain name to be removed from the respective hosting plan using the Control Panel:

1. Log into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net with your Registration number and Customer password.
2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
4. Click on the name of the domain you wish to remove.
5. Select the Support Center tab.
6. Click the Remove Domain from Hosting Plan icon.
7. Review the information on the page and click the Request Support button when ready. The domain will be removed from the hosting plan within 24 hours.
