how do i manage my icrm pro service?

Here is how to access the Administrative Interface of your iCRM Pro service:

  1. Start by logging into your Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration number and Customer password.
  2. Click on the Web Hosting tab from the top navigation bar.
  3. Now, select Add-Ons and click on the iCRM Pro icon.
  4. Select the particular iCRM Pro account you’d like to manage.
  5. Click the View Administrative Interface icon.
  6. You will be automatically logged into your iCRM Pro.
  7. Select Admin from the top navigation bar.
    • Configure system wide settings
    • Manage user accounts and passwords
    • Manage role membership
    • Setup currencies and currency rates
    • Edit customer fields and layout.
    • Configure and rename tabs.
    • Configure drop down menus throughout the application.
