Aplus.Net offers for installation a Live Chat tool which original name is ChaNT. It is a web chat application featuring multiple user registration, personal messages and a rich user interface.

Here is how you can install the tool using the Control Panel:

1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
3. Next, select Hosted Domains and click on Manage Hosted Domains.
4. Now, select the hosted domain that you’d like to manage.
5. Click on the Design tab.
6. Click on the Live Chat icon.
7. Type in your Administrator password in the respective text field. Your Administrator username will be set to match your main FTP username.
8. Type in your Administrator email in the respective text field.
9. Choose the Install location of your Live Chat using the respective radio buttons. You have two options here:
   1. To install the Live Chat in a subdirectory of your main web directory. The Live Chat URL would be: http://yourdomain.com/livechat/ (where "yourdomain.com" is your hosted domain name).
   2. (Unix-based plans only) To install the Live Chat in a subdomain of your domain name (in this case you can also modify the subdomain name from livechat to whatever name you like). The Live Chat URL would be: http://livechat.yourdomain.com.
10. Click the Install button.
