How do I increase my Web-A-File storage space?

Answer by: Frédérique Taillefer, Aplus.Net Knowledge Base Support.

If your Web-a-File account is at least a Data Vault I plan ($35 / year), you have 2 options to increase your Web-a-File storage space:

1. Buy extra space à la carte. You can add up to 5 times 500 MB in increments of 500 MB ($10 / month for each extra 500 MB). Here’s how:

·         Start by logging into your Web-a-File account at http://www.web-a-file.com.

·         Click on the Customer Support tab.

·         Click on View/Change Plan.

·         Select the amount of space that you would like to add from the Max. Space drop-down box.

·         Click the Submit add-ons button to update your account.

2. Upgrade your Web-a-File account. You can find a list of available plans to choose from here.

·         Start by logging into your Web-a-File account at http://www.web-a-file.com.

·         Click on the Customer Support tab.

·         Click on Upgrade Plan.

·         Select the type of plan that you want and click Upgrade.

NOTE: If your Web-a-File plan is a Free Trial Web-a-File plan, you will not be able to upgrade or add space within your account. To increase your Web-a-File storage space, please visit the Plans and Features area of the Web-a-File website and sign up for the account of your choice.
