How do I get new versions of Web-a-photo software?

You can manually get the newest version of the Web-a-Photo Desktop Upload software by using the "Live Update" option:

Open your Web-a-Photo Desktop Upload Software.
Select the Live Update option from the Help menu.
If there is no newer version than your current one you will receive a confirmation message. If there is newer version, please confirm the update.
