How do I change the company name associated with my crm chat?

Here’s how:

  1. Start by logging into the Aplus.Net Control Panel at http://cp.aplus.net using your Registration Number and Customer Password.
  2. Select Web Hosting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Next, select the Add-Ons and click on CRM Chat.
  4. Click on the CRM Chat service that you’d like to manage. 
  5. Next, click the Change Chat Settings icon.
  6. Enter the new company name in the Chat Company Name text field.
  7. Enter new Sales Email.
  8. Enter new Support Email.
  9. Click the Modify button to apply the change.
